AI, applied

Put AI to work for good.

AI is changing how organizations research, plan, and operate. We help leaders and teams adopt it with confidence and good judgment, and we use it throughout our own practice, from 360 assessments to strategy work.

01

Onboarding leaders & teams

Practical, hands-on introductions to AI for executives, staff, and boards. People leave with real skills, a clear sense of where AI helps and where it doesn't, and guidelines that fit your values.

02

Custom AI workflows

We design and build AI workflows around the way your team already works: research and synthesis, reporting, knowledge bases, intake, and working prototypes of new tools.

03

AI across the work

We put AI tools to work on strategy, operations, and implementation, so analysis goes deeper, planning moves faster, and good ideas actually get done.
